1. Warranty Scope

• A lifetime warranty on all mechanical components.
• A 5-year warranty on all electrical components, including: motor, contactor, solenoid, handheld remote controls, wireless remote controls, and wiring.
• This policy ensures long-term peace of mind.
  

2. Conditions of Application

• Eligibility: This warranty is exclusively for the original purchaser (non-transferable).
• Required Presentation: For all claims, please provide dated proof of purchase (invoice or receipt) and the serial number of the product in question.

3. Complaint Procedure

We will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the product.

The warranty does not apply to the following cases:

• Products whose serial number or manufacturer code has been altered or removed.
• Professional, industrial, or lifting/winching use, outside normal conditions.
