At STARTER, we do everything we can to ensure fast, secure, and efficient shipping of your orders. We work with trusted carriers to offer you the best possible service.

Shipping your package

Packages are generally shipped within 24 hours of receipt of payment. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number allowing you to track your package online. Depending on the size of your order, we use different carriers:

- DB SHENKER for packages over 30 kg (delivery within 48 to 72 hours in mainland France).

- Fedex for packages under 30 kg (delivery within 24 to 48 hours in mainland France).

Shipping costs

When you finalize your order, shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight and destination of your package.

We recommend that you group all your items in a single order to reduce shipping costs. If you place several separate orders, shipping costs will apply to each order individually and cannot be combined.

Packaging and protection

We use appropriate packaging materials to ensure that your items arrive in perfect condition. The dimensions of the boxes are chosen so that your products are well protected throughout transport.

Package tracking

Regardless of the delivery method you choose, we will send you a tracking link so you can track the progress of your package in real time. This allows you to know where your order is at all times until it is delivered.

Returns
